CR Health check and issues prioritisation

We assisted Betfair take their first step on the CR ladder by helping to develop a framework which articulated their key CR Pillars, and translating how each one relates to their key business areas (employees, environment, community & suppliers).

Based on a number of key internal stakeholder interviews, we made a number of short, medium and long-term recommendations, all helping to embed their CR strategy in ‘business as usual’.
