Corporate Responsibility

We currentlyact as training partner to the BiTC to deliver corporate responsibility training through their CR Academy. Corporate Balance has co-developed and delivers the CR risk and materiality section of this government-backed training programme. For more information on the BiTC's CR Academy click here

We can also provide bespoke training programmes covering elements of CR for CR practitioners looking to brush up on, or advance their skills; or organisations wishing to train employees in this area.

Project Management

As a PRINCE2 practitioner, Charlotte has delivered training on project management tailored to meet the needs of individual organisations. We recently provided onsite project and account management training to around 10 Compassion in World Farming employees who were looking to enhance their project management skills and work more efficiently.
