Sustainability Issue Identification and Prioritisation

Previously, Nigel has worked with Virgin Media to identify and prioritise their key sustainability issues.

This prioritisation exercise was carried out by plotting the extent to which each issue contributed towards meeting Virgin Media’s strategic business objectives. Other support included:

 - Developing an appropriate governance structure

 - Implementing an effective risk management framework

 - Developing an employee engagement programme.
